Some time ago we started to dream upon the way to compensate our soldiers for their commitment, struggle, and devotion to make our fatherland a place where present and future generations could grow in peace.
Subversive groups in our country have accounted thousands of civilian and military lives in their fight to destroy the Colombian democratic calmness and security, and day by day the Colombian Peoples claim for peace and for the end of this absurd war.
LA FUNDACION HEROE CAMINA – HERO WALK FOUNDATION- works for the military wounded in combat and in disability condition. Mainly, for the victims of antipersonnel mines ascribed to the Seventh Division of the National Army of Colombia and which jurisdiction are the Departments of Antioquia, Córdoba, Chocó and South Sucre.
With the human, technical, logistic and financial support given by public and private sectors in national and international levels, government entities and ONG’S; FUNDACION HEROE CAMINA is eager to work in a whole way for the recovery and for the military personnel in disability condition FUTURE, by giving them opportunities to reincorporate  to the civilian as good civilians and offering programs for the well-being, and the improvement of their quality life through the following programs:

• Reincorporation to civilian life
